Its 2 bedroom apartment, one is a small room, for children or for a smaller person. Please note that the bathroom is located downstairs, next to the kitchen and closer to the sofa bed overlooking the French Windows. We have one AC downstairs And one AC upstairs. Portable heaters but strong

It’s pet friendly but only for dogs. No cats Dogs have to be cleared as we have breed restrictions. Lying about your pet or their breed will forfeit your reservation, with no refund $15 per pet per day additionally after you add your pet through the app. This $15 fee will be charged through the app separately. Which covers the cleaning fee. Please mind this. Dogs are not to be left alone. If you are vacationing with your pet we expect for you not to leave your pet unattended. If you are to leave, we ask you crate your pet or contained them.
